Breakfast was fairly simple. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, croissant and pasticiotti (which I would highly recommend having). This is a B&B that doesn't have that many guests, so don't expect the expansive choices you may get in some hotels. Having said that it made for a very good breakfast.
Our host was amazing and very friendly and made sure we were well looked after as did the staff. The B&B is in a quiet area of the city, but easily walkable to any of the main locations you may like to see. It's about a 20 minute walk from the station, so if you arrive via that route you may wish to catch the bus (C2, I think which runs every half hour) or get a taxi to the property.
The room was clean spacious and had it's own fridge. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, but they were in the corridor instead, so it's no bother to pop out there to make a brew.
There is a university opposite, but they don't start up until around 8:00/8:30, by which time we were up and having breakfast anyway. If you are in your room at that time it shouldn't cause any disruption.

Signora Isabella was the perfect hostess. This B & B is her family’s former residence from the 15th century and is beautiful. Our room was quiet and clean. The location can’t be beat! She even drove us out of the city to make sure we could find our way

The rooms provided privacy while set in a B and B style apartment floor/suite. 5 bedrooms within BandB Suite. Linens were clean, room had all amenities including a small fridge. Breakfast nook is quaint and kept clean. Owner and son were wonderful to deal with. We required assistance with taxis on two occasions and owner was very prompt and kind. Son was helpful at breakfast and felt welcomed. Short walk to a Central Park and about 10-15 min easy walk to old town/Centro storico. Would stay again and for a short stopover a perfect stop. Villa Giullia was a beautiful place to stay, extremely spacious and comfortable. Fabrizio met us on arrival, he was warm, friendly, spoke excellent engliash and provided us with more than enough information for us to enjoy our stay in Lecce. His mother was there to say goodbye and for us to hand over the keys. Everyone was so kind and friendly
The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well furnished. It is located a few kilometres from the historic centre, but that’s perfect if you travel with your own car, becouse near the centre is almost impossible to find a parking place. At Villa Silvana you can park for free at any time… The hosts were very nice and helpful. This property is absolutely a great choice if you stay in Lecce.
We had a wonderful time at Villa Reginella. The house was beautiful, we had the amazing ground floor apartment with the large terrace. Lots of space and perfect for a family. The hosts were super helpful with any queries. Would absolutely recommend!

Spacious apartment with every facility you could want. Roof terrace a real bonus and great place for breakfast and a late drink. Fantastic setting in the heart of the old town with so many bars and eating places at hand. Great location to explore both Lecce and the Salento region. More than a holiday home, more a place one could live in permanently!
