An absolute delight to stay in this oasis in busy Bellagio with a gated private garden and roof top terrace. Spacious, extremely comfortable, fully equipped self contained room with a view of the lake. Up from the ferry terminal, close to everything as Bellagio is a small, exquisite lakeside village. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Very sad to leave after a fantastic 3 night stay.

Location is away from the crowd in quiet town south of Bellagio. Town has its own ferry station - with limited schedule. There’s only 1 restaurant and a sandwich shop in the town, so you need to plan ahead a little. Also, be aware restaurant needs reservations and was closed certain days - so plan accordingly. Bellagio is 10-15 minute up and down hill walk away along busy main road, which can be a little scary.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at La Turr de Mezz - Bellagio. Check-in was very easy and we appreciated all the great suggestions from our hosts. All communications were friendly, helpful and timely. The location was convenient- about 10 minutes to the ferry. We rented bicycles (BikeIt Bellagio) and were able to keep the bikes at the property. We highly recommend this property!

This studio style apartment overlooks the main square and is central to all of the bars and restaurants in Menaggio, as well as the ferry terminal. The room was clean and modern with plenty of space. There’s a long narrow balcony which was a bonus and we didn’t have any issues with noise coming up from the square. Our managing host, Alberto, was very helpful.

The ferry is only a short walk away but the villa is in a quiet spot with lots of room for the whole family to have space.
The view of Bellagio from the bedroom and lounge was impressive and it was lovely having our meals on the verandah.

We loved being located in Griante as it is quieter than the busier Bellagio and Verenna but still a quick ferry ride over to see these towns for dinner / day trip. The small restaurants in Griante are a short walk away and super affordable with good Italian food 🙏
An amazing building full of character, the apartment was modern with good quality fixtures and parking. Exceptionally clean and equipped for our needs (3 night stay). Very accessible to the ferries and other parts of the lake. Excellent views of the lake. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast in the morning sunshine was amazing watching the people and the ferries coming in and out. Lovely safe walk to Villa Carlotta and Tremezzo and its restaurants. Fabulous restaurant attached to the building definitely worth visiting.
The apartment is quite large by European standards, with great view of the lake. Easy to catch ferries and/or walk to neighboring villages. The area is far less touristy than other locations around the lake.
The breakfast was wonderful. It was a lovely serene way to begin the morning in a light-filled room surrounded with antique pieces. The view of the lake and the mountains is exquisite. The location of the villa was perfect. Just a short boat ride away from the busyness of Bellagio. It was so close to everything and yet set apart for true relaxation. It had its own beauty on the other side of the lake. Toured the beautiful Villa Carlotta. Walked the Greenway. The location is excellent. A better value for the money than across the lake.
Fabulous villa with everything you could want available. The 'secret' gate at the end of the garden through the church is worth knowing about as it makes getting to the little shop and the excellent local restaurants very easy. The terrace is lovely.
The location is great, 5 minute walk from villa Carlotta, there’s also several ferry stations around. You can easily travel to more touristy locations like Belaggio while not having crowds of tourists around your stay. The place has everything you need: iron, washing machine, refrigerator, extra pillows etc. Collecting the keys was also really easy.
The villa is lovely and maintains much of its old-world charm. The staff was very nice and attentive, and breakfast each morning was plentiful and easy. Short walk to Tremezzo and the ferry, easy parking.
It was a pleasure to stay in Griante. Perfect location, a 5-minute walk to the ferry. The apartment has everything including shower items, an ironing kit, etc. Very clean and spacious. Host communication is 10/10! They provide information regarding possible short term noise in shared area, gives great recommendations for restaurants, and places to see. They also ask if everything is okay and reply within a minute. I can highly recommend it and thank you so much for this experience, which I’ll never forget.
