This is a great BnB just outside the old town of Gaeta - close to the beach & walking distance from all restaurants etc. Yola could not have been more welcoming or helpful. She went out of her way to make restaurant recommendations and bookings for us in Gaeta and Napoli.

Beautiful pool that we had all to ourselves, spacious, clean and modern rooms. For breakfast we could choose individual omelettes and got everything else we asked for. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though communication was difficult, as she spoke Italian only and we didn´t.

On arrival we booked in easily, no language issues and got the parking permit for the town, fabulous to be able to park anywhere. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a very large selection for an Italian B&B. From the hotel very easy to walk along the promenade to the centre of Gaeta. Nice little touches with drink on arrival, discount for nearby restaurants etc. Would stay here again if returning.

It was clean, comfortable and had great views especially the rooftop terrace for breakfast. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. Everyday Francesca served eggs in a new way and her pancakes were amazing. Francesca was a great host.

The apartments are updated and very clean. Spectacular views of the village. We stayed one night, and everything went well. The town is beautiful and there are plenty of very good restaurants around the area.

This is truly a first class property. We have stayed in some beautiful houses over the years, but this one tops them all. It was spotlessly clean, with gorgeous bathrooms and living areas. We were blown away by everything; including the sea and mountain view and gorgeous garden.

I stayed in the villa with my husband and our three children. We found everything we needed easily and felt at home. The location was great! Really close to the beach and also close to shops and restaurants.
The most important part about this villa is that Dario and his family are letting you into their home and for that reason it caters for everyone. Whether you want to stay around the villa and dip into the pool or explore the local area the property covers it all.
Amazing view from the terrace easy access to the beach, which is beautiful with a couple of little coves that are easily accessible with a short walk. The villa is very comfortable and has aircon, for location and that terrace, it’s good value for money.
