Friendly and very helpful staff, Lorenzo is a great communicator, explaining how to get to the location and offering advice on what to do and see in Florence. Wonderful room within 10min walk to the center of florence, easy to get to by car with parking close by.

Room was spacious with excellent air conditioning and a nice little balcony . Bed was comfortable .
A kettle in the room was a nice extra but we had to ask for cups and no tea bags given

The staff were so very helpful before, during. and at departure! The location is in a very old historic building, hidden away on the third floor with only 9 suites. The suites are furnished very well. It is a short walk to all the sites, especially close to Boboli Gardens.

The house is in a nice neighbourhood. Just 15 min out of the city, through olive yards and a cosy village. We were welcomed by the lovely host.The house has 3 stories. The pictures are exactly as reality. Fully equipted kitchen, beautifull master bathroom. The view is awesome. From every corner of the top floor. There are quite some stairs but it did not bother us. After a 10 min.walk, good bus connection to the city center. We had a wonderfull experience and would definitely stay there again.
Stayed in a Premium holiday home. Very clean and modern. Staff were great. Like the three swimming pools to choose from and well looked after. Thought the prices of food and drink were a bit expensive but still a great stay. 😎
