Our stay at this apartment was simply unforgettable! The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for a relaxed stay, including thoughtful details like a well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets, and even a welcome basket with local treats, which made us feel so welcomed.
Communication with the host was outstanding; she was warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was reassuring to know she was just a message away! The private parking space right by the entrance was also a huge convenience, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about parking.
But what really made our stay magical was the breathtaking view from the balcony. Watching the sunrise over the lake with a coffee in hand was simply surreal—definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

We really liked the apartment. It was comfortable, had nearby parking, air conditioning and a wonderful host. I loved the gate on the stairs - very important when you have young children. We used the washing machine and it was an added bonus to the apartment.

Beautifully decorated and oh so homely - there was so much to like!
1.The appartment had lots of natural light being at the top floor and it had nice evening views.
2.I loved the real plants in the living room and different light options within the apartment. It made the place feel homely.
3.The large smart TV in the bedroom was a win and the bed was comfortable.
4. The bathroom and shower was clean and spacious.
5. The appartment had a washing machine and drying rack.
6. Cristina was a great host, she was was very prompt with her communication and friendly to deal with.
7. Easy walk to the Cernobbio ferry terminal.
8. Easy to self check in and self check out.
9. Top floor so no noisey neighbours upstairs and the area was nice and quiet, away from road noise.

The apartment is very nice, well equipped and very comfortable. Simone (the host) is exceptional and provides a 5 stars concierge service to its guest. he took care of everything for including boat rental, restaurant bookings, transportation etc…

The villa is a short walk to bars, restaurants, the ferry dock and the town centre but still quiet in a private location. Laura is a brilliant host and very helpful at all times.
The view was spectacular from the stunning pool at Villa Almana. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning overlooking the lake was a highlight. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean and Anastasia and her staff were kind and welcoming. Overall it is a gorgeous property and a lovely place to take in the scenery of Lake Como.
It’s small. But functional. Located in a nice village. No lake views but very close to the shore, restaurants, cafes. Bedrooms are comfortable and had AC for hot days. Host is helpful and responsive. She lend us umbrellas and helped us with reservations.
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, just steps away from the lake and a short distance from the main tourist attractions. The owners were extremely helpful and kind, promptly responding to all our requests. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable experience. We will definitely return!

The hotel was owned & run by the family who took a lot of pride & dedication to their family business which resonates in their mannerisms, interaction & personal hospitality which is reflected in with their Italian cultural charm.
The location and inside the apartment was great! You could tell that sisters/women designed the place and really thought through everything for guests. I was here for a conference at Villa Erba and it was a 3 minute walk. The bus stop and places to eat are very close too. Overall very nice stay!
The location was absolutely stunning, the villa was spacious, very clean and just perfect for a family trip away.
Anastasia could not have been more helpful and nothing was ever a problem.
One thing I would say is hire a car, do not rely on taxi’s.
Rustic holiday house - not huge but has all you need and with a lot of personal touch (kids are really like it! - bears, toys, etc) - and Carolina is taken care of you! Small village about 1 km down the road - with authentic bar and small shop :) Really nice view over Como lake (300-400 m elevation over)!
