The staff is very friendly and you cannot get bored there. We didn't even went to the beach on the first day to be honest. It's fun for the kids and also romantic for the parents.

Our host was super nice and went out of her way to help us in any possible way (even when we got our car in a ditch. She called for help and in 5min, we were back on the road).
If you are looking for a place to relax, Terre dell'Amore is the right place.
And if you like fresh mozzarella, don't miss out the producer just 10min drive. Get some bread, prosciutto and you'll have a wonderful snack...or dinner while enjoying the sunset.

Great host! Amazing views! Very peaceful setting and location! Great breakfast and dinner! Wonderful pool and patio. We ate at the restaurant both nights and were very impressed with the food and wine. Easy to get to location that is very close to the charming town and beach as well as all the southern Tuscan wineries, medieval villages, and attractions. I would stay here again only longer next time!
Fantastic see view direct from Vila (very comfortable, modern and clean), wonderful location on the hill, 10 minutes by walk to the best beach. Very romantic historical castle on the hill with Toscana small streets, full of Mediterranean spirit locations and restaurants only 15 minutes by walk. Our apartment with large balcony was perfectly located for the nearby beach and central Castiglione della Pescaia. AC was good, the staff were very helpful when we needed a courier delivery and local suggestions. Parking was in a lot about 5 minutes' walk away, the distance was not a problem, as luggage can be left/collected from a very short term parking space. We would be very happy to stay again.

Everything absolutely exceeded expectations. I must have looked at approximately 200 villas in preparation for our stay and this was hands down the best I saw.
Beautiful villa in stunning grounds. Gio, the host is without a doubt the most helpful and friendly host i have ever had the pleasure to meet. No ask was too much and he really ensured we had the best possible stay.
The kids (and us) loved Gio’s friendly dogs and the horse riding ranch was a real highlight. Could not recommend more.
