We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and everyone made us feel so welcome. My kids are still talking about the delicious pastries and cappuccinos – they were a real highlight for them! A special thanks to the cleaning staff as well, who were always smiling and incredibly professional. It really made our stay even more comfortable. A gorgeous hotel, beautifully curated in its aesthetic. Located within walking distance of many historical landmarks, Hotel Villa Fanny was a great stay. Friendly staff and an exceptionally comfortable room.
Both the room and the hotel were top notch quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very central and situated very close to restaurants and cafes. Loved the fact that there was a water kettle in the room. All amenities are provided. The breakfast was really good. Very highly recommended! Nearby Poetto beach is much better and affordable than the overpriced far away Villasimius beach.
Perfect location to visit the city. Appartement was comfy and perfectly fit our needs during our stay. It’s very central and therefore you reach in a couple minutes the different areas of attraction of this vibrant city. It’s only a 10/15 min walk to reach the regional bus station were you can embark and visits fantastic beaches in Chia or Villasimius. The check in and out was very easy :-)
The property was a lovely converted villa on the sea front at Poetto, opposite the beach.
We would have ideally loved a balcony, but were delighted to find the many courtyard lounging area that were free for guests to use. We made great use out of this and enjoyed a glass of wine together before heading out for dinner each evening.
The rooms were well appointed, and cleaned daily.
The hotel was also able to organise our airport transfers for which we were very grateful.
I absolutely loved this place. The area with its excellent public transport and leafy streets filled with flowers, the spacious villa with its murals, my comfortable room with its sparkling clean bathroom and sunny terrace, the elegant common areas filled with antiques and books, the delicoius breakfast with homemade bread and jams, the tasty dinners at the restaurant - but most of all, the wonderful staff who made me feel so welcome and at home. Beautiful place, beautiful people. Thank you!
A special villa, the first (and highest) built on the poetto beach, built in the late 1920s. It’s really cross road from the beach which is free entrance and, even if a town beach, it’s one of the most beautiful in Sardegna. The villa has a nice garden too. There is a free parking just 50 mt away (probably very busy during summer, it was completely free in early June). Even if expensive it remains a special place where we will probably return. Beautiful terrace.
