Exceptional place to spend some days discovering all Lago Como has to offer. The apartment is spacious, super clean, great location, and so so comfortable. We were there with our two kids, a 2-year-old and a 4months baby and we couldn't ask for more. Really great either for families , friends or a romantic trip. I highly recommend it. Beautiful view from a clean, spacious, and well equipped apartment.
The staff were very helpful and provided clear instructions on entering the apartment - including where to park, where to retrieve the keys, and where the door for our specific apartment was.
The apartment itself was very clean and had a view onto the northern part of the lake and mountains. It is a very quiet area and beyond the vicious dachshund guard dogs (I'm joking here) at the neighboring building, there was really no noise throughout our stay. To get to the old town, it is a decent walk of about 15 to 20mins and all downhill, so returning takes some more effort and time.
Our dog really enjoyed the balcony, which is part grass, and spent most of her time just sleeping in the grass while my wife and I enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine on the chairs outside.

We were a little later than we thought we would be arriving. Forgot to send an update to the owner. He was there however and was very nice and helpful. Even carried some of our luggage up to the room. The apartment was fine for a one night pass through stay. Close to town and restaurants with a quick drive down the hill. Had dedicated parking not far away on a grass lot.

Very beautiful lake and Mountain View with neat pool area and Olive Garden. Quiet village, 30 min walk to the lake on adventurous trails. The apartment was well equipped, even with dishwasher. (Make sure to read the description of each apartment carefully, the equipment and comfort is different!!) The staff was really nice and always available via WhatsApp

The location was perfect, you can have a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. We took the train from Milan to Bellano, and Enzo was kind enough to pick us up at the station and took us to the villa, that was a really kind gesture of him.
Definitely a great place to stay if you want to go to Lake Como.
The Villa had such amazing views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Being a short walk from the Bellano shops, it was easy to access restaurants, the train or ferry to visit other villages around the lake. We also appreciated the break from overly crowded areas!
