We loved the quiet, rural location and the fantastic views on the east side of the peninsula. Bellagio is a short drive as well as restaurants, bakeries, groceries, etc. You’ll need a car for this location. Klod was very helpful and responsive.

Amazing place with stunning gardens and lake views! Gated entrance, was a bit awkward to get into but not a big issue. The place was comfortable, appreciated the pull out couch option. Right across the lake from Villa Carlotta. I celebrated my Birthday here and there just so happened to be fireworks across the lake that night from a party celebration, what a treat!
The beautiful staff, exceptional. It was out of the commercial area. It was a good experience to stay in this little village. The bakery for breakfast was so kind and welcoming.
The appartment is fully equipped with everything - washing machine, dishwasher, a/c in each room, mosquito nets etc etc. Very nice private garden from which you can see the lake como (not like.a view but still visible). Location is very good, just a 5 min walk to boat stop (San Giovanni) and some 10..15min walk to villa melzi with it's beautiful gardens. For hikers a great walking path up to the mountain and neighbouring willages.
Beautiful accomodation in a perfect location, its own little oasis - not right in the middle of the busy town centre, but short walk away through the villa mezzi which is included free of charge for guests. The staff were super lovely and accomodating and they even have 2 super friendly dogs that live on the property!! Everything was consistently clean through my stay! Cannot fault a single thing. I hope to be able to come back one day!
Sabrina is a lovely host. A very helpful lady. Took/ collected us to Bellagio daily. The hotel is situated in a beautiful, quiet, little Italian village outside the hustle of the town itself. Lovely terrace with stunning views of lake and mountains. Spotlessly clean hotel. All the staff were lovely, Sabrina exceptionally so
Great breakfast options for a reasonable price, the views are breathtaking, super close to a nice beach, Villa Melzi gardens, and a short stroll to town, the rooms were quaint and have what you need.
Great spot to spend a few days in Bellagio! The host was very kind, breakfast was amazing, rooms and bathrooms were cleaned very often and the farm itself is so beautiful! We really enjoyed being able to walk through the nearby Villa Melzi gardens for free by just showing our room key! Would definitely stay here again!!
This is a wonderful modern and well appointed holiday home in a beautiful and convenient location. We loved relaxing on the patio with the amazing view. You can easily walk into the centre of Bellagio for restaurants and ferrys. We swam in the lake just down the lane from the house and there is also a nice restaurant very close if feeling lazy! We had our car and the parking was very easy and secure. Thanks to the friendly owners for being so welcoming.
