The room was clean, cleaned every day. The towels were also changed every day. Drinking water was replenished daily. There were additionally paid snacks in the fridge. Everyone received disposable flip-flops in their package. There was a coffee machine outside the room where you could make various coffees for free.
Very good location, next to the railway and bus stations, which allows you to save time and make traveling more efficient. Breakfast was at the cafe next door. You could choose from toast, foccacia, dry crossaint or something sweet + a drink. Staff very helpful, especially on the day of departure we were allowed to leave our luggage for some time.

The room was nice and had everything we needed - it was warm, comfortable bed, the host left 2 bottles of water for us which was highly appreciated as we arrived late at night. Location is excellent- right next to Old town. The flat is comfortable for a family or a solo to stay; it has a bit awkward shower to take otherwise it’s comfortable. A balcony is another plus of the place. I would stay there again.

Great property! Very aristocratic, big rooms, wonderful pool, meeting all our expectations. There is big supermarket nearby, nice places for dinner, proper public transport, by taxy the cost is around 10-15 Euro to the city center. The host was very kind and supportive and answered all our questions. He managed to react quickly enough when we had our flight delayed and needed one more night to stay there. Highly recommend the villa!
Everything was perfect for a holiday.Quiet location surrounded by greenery, but with good connections to Bari (10 minutes) and the highway. Villa with large indoor and outdoor spaces, new, with all amenities and with two fully equipped bathrooms. Comfortable double beds. Well-equipped kitchen.The host was very kind.
Everything as described online. During our stay everything was alright. The check in procedure is really easy, it was suitable for us, because our plane was delayed. I would definitely recommend this holiday home!
Beautiful villa, gorgeous area and an incredible garden. I especially loved the little outdoor terrace on a warm day. Massimiliano was a very sweet and attentive host, easy to talk to. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything you could want. The little shower gel pouches were one of my favourite things because they smelled soooo nice, I want to buy them for myself at home. Generally really satisfied with everything.
Such a pretty place with lots of plants and a lovely balkony! Santa Spirito is a great town to hang out in, for the great beach and dinner location! What made our stay even more great was the host, he helped us with a quick car rental and great coffee at breakfast. Villa Pina is a real holiday dream!

A great holiday home in the heart of Bari. Each guest/couples had their own room with keys to the house and building. Great patios, fresh air flowing throughout the house. We had a wonderful stay.
It was a really beautiful apartment. Didn’t feel like a holiday home but a real lived in place. Also really cool in the heat because of the high ceilings and thick walls . The location was also great easy walking distance of the Old Town, the sea and the train station
