It was a beautiful setting, secluded and yet close to shops and restaurants. Getting there was easy-taxi from the port to Anacapri and then a short walk to the B and B. The room was stocked with home baked cakes, pastries and fresh fruit. It’s quite spacious and the host was the best! She arranged a boat trip for us and helped us store our luggage while we saw the sites the day we left. I wish had booked a week here!

The property is a lovely family-run B&B that is well-reputed across Capri. Many people asked where we were staying and had audible, positive reactions when we told them Alle Ginestre. The unsolicited feedback made us even more pleased with our decision to stay with Costanzo and Theresa.
Costanzo and Theresa are warm, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Costanzo picked us up from the ferry and provided taxi service as needed (for a reasonable fee). Our room was cozy and had a PHENOMENAL view - there isn't a bad view from the B&B. A nice breakfast is provided. Note - taxis generally cannot be called to Alle Ginestre, but the bus stop is a ~15-minute walk from the B&B. We asked Costanzo to taxi us to our first destination in the day, and took the bus / walked back at night... we found this to be the perfect combination after long days of eating / drinking / shopping.
If you stay at Alle Ginestre, make sure to eat at Da Gelsomina, the nearby restaurant which is a two-minute walk from the B&B. The food was some of the best we had in Capri - thanks, Costanzo, for the recommendation!

This place is definitely a gem in the Island of Capri. It’s literally by the last/first bus stop in Anacapri - which is super convenient. The room, bathroom and kitchen are very spacious. The kitchen is stacked with refreshments, snacks , coffee. But the best part is management. The office reached out to us a day prior and gave us every tip for the smooth check-in. They have been super responsive via WhatsApp to our questions. Simona was amazing in giving us the details about the island and various top-notch vendors like taxi service, yacht rental, island tours etc. The day we were leaving there was a heavy rain and she let us to take their umbrella with us. Overall best experience I will definitely come-back with my wife / friends again.

Villa Eva was a beautiful and well maintained property. The pool was wonderful to relax and have some lunch and wine. Carlos was very accommodating and helpful. We took a taxi to Faro beach for the day, and really enjoyed the village of Anacapri. Beautiful shops, restaurants, and easy to take the bus to Capri as well. We walked down the road to a restaurant he recommended and we were blown away by the sunset view, great service and food was exceptional. Will definitely come back. Thank you Carlos!

The villa was nice and modern, with a beautiful balcony and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Nice couple as owners but not helpful when we needed the most. Place is worth the money in line with Capri prices.
The location was nice and quiet. The staff lady was friendly and took care of us well. The room was clean and looked like on the photos, the AC worked well. The pool is a great addition and super to go have a cold splash on a hot day. The house looked like a big villa.
