Fantastic Stay at Villa Marijeta
We spent five days at Villa Marijeta, and it was the highlight of our vacation. We felt right at home. A fantastic pool is just 5 meters from our room, where we could enjoy a fabulous view of the cozy garden and the huge terrace. It’s only 100 meters to a lovely stone beach.
The apartment is located in a local area that is very quiet and peaceful, even though you can see cars from the road, but it wasn’t a problem for us. The apartment has everything we need. The wonderfully cold air conditioning and the dishwasher are a big plus for us. Marijeta is very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information.
The villa has four apartments and two swimming pools, which is incredible. We would like to recommend this apartment, especially the studio room that we stayed in. Thank you very much for making our vacation perfect, and we will definitely come back again. Thank you agian Merijeta

Accommodating host, great communication, well equipped small kitchen, lovely pool and various seating areas in well-kept garden. Zaton Veliki was a lovely location. We hired kayaks and paddle boards nearby (Adriatic Kayak Tours - a bit basic!) and took the blue cave tour from the jetty. We got the bus and taxi into Dubrovnik. Would recommend local restaurants Tavern Arka (free transfer), Kasar, Ankora and Veranda 2.0. Don’t miss sunset from beside Restaurant Panorama (book 6months in advance to eat!).

First the room was clean. The daily housekeeping service contributed to a comfortable and welcoming, the where change the towels every day. The A/C was very good and also you got TV in the room, WiFi was OK. The food served at the villa was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.
However, I found myself yearning for a buffet-style setup that would offer more flexibility and the opportunity to sample a wider selection of dishes.
One convenience that stood out during my stay was the parking facility near the villa. Having easy access to parking made my visit hassle-free and added to the overall convenience of staying at the property.
In summary, the villa provided a clean and well-maintained room, tasty food, and convenient parking. While the food quality was commendable, the addition of a buffet-style dining option would have enhanced the dining experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment with a picturesque view of the Adriatic Sea. The amenities are outstanding, including sea towels, umbrellas, and beach mats. Access to the beach(small but enough with excellent water) is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk down the stairs. This vacation house truly has everything you could ask for. It is also modernly decorated, making the stay even more enjoyable. The host is really nice and friendly. Highly recommended!
Our stay at Villa Kulkuljica was wonderful. The attention of the owners was always very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. The morning walks and swimming in the waters of Zaton were the best. I would gladly return.
Beautiful property, I think maybe the best we have stayed in. Very spacious and with the most amazing views. Our hosts were wonderful and very discrete in keeping the outside areas spotless, coming down early every morning before we got up. Our host made a delicious apple strudel for my husband’s birthday, which was very thoughtful, would definitely recommend. We hope to be back in this idyllic villa again some time
What a gorgeous place Zaton Bay is! The villa is easy to find, we were greeted at the door by two lovely hosts. The room was perfect. Nothing to complain about at all. Breakfast was lovely. You are ON the water, so swim out the front door. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
We had a fabulous 4 night stay in the Villa Marijeta. The location is ideal at just €10 taxi ride into Dubrovnik itself. The location is nice and quiet with the option of a beach, and a nice pizzeria to eat at in the evening. The villas offer two pools with stunning views. The owner is very helpful and easily contactable, she dropped us clean towels for our stay. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away - which is very handy. She also provided great information on places to visit and things to do! Would highly recommend for a great stay!
Niko was A wonderful host. The Location just next to the sea was escellent. There was A lovely sandy Beach just in front of the house.
The Village was A bit quiet for us But we had so much action during the daytime that it didn’t matter so much. 😅
We had a two bedroom with two bathrooms which was great for us, very spacious apartment. Quiet village, close to swimming beach and 5 min walk to bus stop. Out of the hustle and bustle.
We were staying in a cozy and clean room with a spectacular view of the sea. The room had everything we needed. There is direct access to the private swimming spot with tables and chairs, but also some public pebble beaches around. The owners were very friendly and helpful. A couple of restaurants are located 15 min walk from the villa.
it was very quite and comfortable the area around it was similar from what I have from most that I met out there Zaton Mali is a place they would be going to again this applies to holiday Home Garden and Ivo who met me at the Airport and returned me to it
