The staff was fantastic and provided everything and a bit more. We even got some treats for the kids. Although there was no elevator, staff was always ready to carry our luggage to the top floor, even when we insisted them not to. Comfortable apartment, clean.

    L’acolliment de la propietaria. Vàrem arribar d’hora i ens va rebre de manera meravellosa oferint-nos gerds i una taronjada mentre esperàvem que acabessin de posar llest l’apartament. L’apartament tenia tot el que necessitàvem amb tot tipus de detalls com bombonets, aigua, cafè, etc. Ens vàrem sentir com a casa!

    L’hoste ha estat molt molt amable amb nosaltres, s’ha assegurat que tinguéssim plaça de parking disponible tot i la tempesta que ha coincidit amb la nostra estada. L’apartament té de tot, està molt nou i netíssim. Bany i cuina amb tot el necessari, tele amb chromecast! Terrassa gran amb taula molt agradable. No està al costat del centre però molt ben comunicat amb el tramvia.

    És un apartament espaiós i maco, molt ben equipat. Té cuina completa amb estris. Està ubicat al centre de Zagreb, a 10 minuts caminant de la plaça Ban Jelačić. No vam conèixer el personal perquè l’entrada és amb contrassenya, però ens van atendre per missatge a través de Booking en tot el que vam necessitar.
