Where to start..the hosts are so friendly with lots of advice on the area. Personal car parking space included (you get to the apartment by going into the main marina carpark & taking first right then you get given a card for free entry/exit for your stay).
Washing machine & dish washer was a big plus.
Bed comfortable & air con not necessary in June as we could get a nice breeze by opening windows.
Everything was really clean and there was a personal note & drinks when we arrived, which made us feel welcome.
On the waterfront but quiet at night. A short stroll past the marina and there are plenty of places to go swimming with lots of shade for afterwards.
We would not hesitate to return to both the town and the apartment.

Been there 3 nights. litle balcony, sea view, room size is ok, bed is ok, bathroom needs improvement.
the hotel is big, kind of big village. the food is just ok, could be better. little beach, and swimming pool.

The resort is a beautiful, peaceful site. There is very good entertainment that is rotated around the various areas so you aren't subjected to noise every night. The buffet breakfasts and dinners have a wide range of various dishes, mostly Croatian. The villa is perfect for this type of resort.
Beautifully designed, spacy rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms, hot tub on the terrace. Close to the breathtaking oldtown of Vrsar but still in a peaceful environment. A natural beach nearby can be reached on foot fairly fast, and there are several other beaches only about 5-minute drives away. Our hosts, the Lenoir family, were really welcoming and very helpful, their restaurant is also a must-try.
Altogether, we had a really great week there and we absolutely recommend the venue and the Villa Lenoir as well.
The location is perfect, near the center and near the beach. We loved the retro feel and decor of the villa and our room, entering the villa you go back in time a little. My mother and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa di Rose.
Location surrounded by green nature, Vrsar was a cozy village nearby, with shows every night and good walk by the sea. The mobile home was clean and quite new in good state.
Location and cove for swimming was beautiful. Having access to the small well stocked supermarket on site and lovely bakery was great. The superior mobile home was lovely, and the site was extremely clean.

It was a very comfortable appartement, although the second bed room was without any daylight. The owner Huub was very wrlcoming and showed us around the village and beaches. He also provided suggestions for restaurants and even booked one for us.
Enough things to do in Vrsar and well located for car trips to other intersting places.
The location is fantastic. The park is huge and the nature wonderful. And of course the freedom of naturism. Very quiet, very relaxing. Very friendly staff. Yes, the villas are old but they are charming and clean. So what if the wi-fi coverage is dodgy?
Nice apartments with terrase, we have with two separate rooms, good balance between price and quality. Its family runned villa, we were very warm welcomed by Dushan and Milena. Thank you! Quite close to the city beach and old city, close to the markets, fish market and restaurants. We staid with two teens - it was comfortable.
