Property is amazing, very well located (restaurants and shop nearby), the gym is super well equipped, everything is clean and the host super responsive. The apartments are amazing as described with a lot of space, 2 bathrooms (handy with kids), very well equipped, air conditioning, wifi, etc...
The cleaner comes everyday to clean the apartment, change the towels/sheets, empty the bins. Loved it!
The 2 e-bikes and 4 electric scooters are an amazing bonus. We took the scooters couple of times to go picnic at sunset, kids loved it.

Everything you need for a fantastic holiday, accommodation was spacious and very clean with all amenities you’d need. The surroundings and garden were beautiful and the pool was perfect!

The house is really cozy, clean and placed in q lovely environment. The owner so helpful, recommended great places around. We really enjoyed staying in Villa Manka. The rooms were big, we all had comfy big beds.

My family and I Loved the villas , great views , location is amazing, 3 different pools all located close to each other access to the beach, I would recommend getting aqua shoes for the beach as most of it is pebbles or rocky, but the water is cool and bo waves, great for family. A perfect spot for a relaxing location.
Location as good as it gets! Our villa was on a small elevation and still had some view of the sea, even if we didn’t pay for it :) Also it had lots of land and own space around it which was excellent! Comfortable accommodation for a family of four plus pet-friendliness all around!
The villa is absolutely magical. It looks much better than the photos. We were here for the second time and again it met and exceeded expectations. The host once again prepared a pleasant surprise for us in the form of local delicacies. We enjoyed our stay with the family very much. There are amazing restaurants nearby and the opportunity to buy olive oil from local farmers. The beach is approximately 5 minutes by car. On the way to the beach in Umag, you pass Spar and Lidl, so you can buy everything you need very comfortably.
We had a wonderful time at this villa. The pool and the surrounding area were fantastic, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and homely. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils. This is one of the best villas with a pool in Istria. The environment was truly pleasant, peaceful, and offered stunning sunsets. Additionally, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This villa is just perfect: located on the beach, clean and comfortable, all the stuff extremely friendly and pleasant. Its quite, you can enjoy waves sound at night. The rooms are spacious. It is located outside of urban area, but its close to some restaurants and Umag is just 5 min away by car.
The biggest gems of this property are their stuff, from cleaning ladies to breakfast servers, so nice, friendly, willing to support while being professional!
