We had the great pleasure to spend one week in Casa Katrida. Diana is probably the most pleasant and cultured person you can find in Croatia. The house is decorated with exquisite taste, all rooms are gorgeous, the bathrooms are equipped with the latest high-quality bathroom fixtures from Germany, the kitchen is fully equipped with more tools than you can imagine, the fridge is new, the terrace is huge and has a wonderful sea-view, the garden is planted with all kinds of trees, it smells wonderful. All in all it is a great destination and place to stay.

The location is amaaazing. The view really looks like on the picture and I could not get enough of it during day and night. Povlja is not big as the other villages on Brač, but that is exactly what we were looking for, since there were not many people on the beach. The beach is also great, 10min walk away. You have everything you need in the kitchen: microwave, espresso machine, fridge with freezer and all utensils you might need for cooking. There were also more than enough towels. The host was also super nice and gave us gifts and answered any question we might have also over phone. If you are looking for a nice quiet place with a great view and pebble beach, this is the place!

We loved our stay in the villa! It’s beautifully situated on a quiet, remote hill with beautiful view over Biokovo mountains and the sea. Surrounded by olive trees and herbs, with a pool and fully equipped kitchen, grill, it allows you to fully relax and enjoy the time off. Close to grocery stores and local towns. Our vacation was perfect! The villa was beautiful and contributed to our rest and enjoyment of the view of the surrounding nature. A special highlight for us was a heated swimming pool and a panoramic view of the beautiful Adriatic sea. You will be staying in a lovely stone village, surrounded by a variety of plants (and bugs). Having a dinner in their restaurant, with local products (olive oil!), is a must do experience!

Location was great. To Selca center only 5 min on foot and 7 min to Sumartin by car. The hosts were super friendly and responded to our questions very fast. Four separate bedrooms and four separate bathrooms was the key moment why we chosen this villa.
This was the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in! A real touch of luxury with everything thought of and real attention to detail. Ivana and her husband went out of their way to make our stay perfect and welcome us to Selca, even leaving treats on arrival and departure and fresh local produce during the week.
