The location is good, it is a quiet area. There is a path down to the sea, couple of minutes walk.
The house looks nice; it's clean, simple but comfortable. There is a nice large garden, with parking possibilites.
In the kitchen there is a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs and there is an outdoor table with chairs on the balcony, too.
The flat has an airconditioning unit.
The linens were nice and made of cotton. The double bed had a double duvet.
Mobile reception for calls was fine.
The price was good.

The owner is so incredibely nice and helpful! She gave us some advice about where to shop and what to avoid (spot on!). The apartment is in a great location 10 min walk distance to the sea.

Property is amazing, very well located (restaurants and shop nearby), the gym is super well equipped, everything is clean and the host super responsive. The apartments are amazing as described with a lot of space, 2 bathrooms (handy with kids), very well equipped, air conditioning, wifi, etc...
The cleaner comes everyday to clean the apartment, change the towels/sheets, empty the bins. Loved it!
The 2 e-bikes and 4 electric scooters are an amazing bonus. We took the scooters couple of times to go picnic at sunset, kids loved it.

This is a little quiet haven. The room was spotless and garden beautiful but the selling point is the pool, surrounded by beautiful colourful flowered bushes.

Booked Villa Anna to have a rest after exploring Slovenia. It was definitely worth it. Visited Rovinj and Umag - recommend both.

We had the opportunity to stay at Villa Valdepian, in an exceptional location, with nice staff, comfortable mattresses, excellent food in the restaurant in the facility as well as free parking in the immediate vicinity. All recommendations.
The hotel has an unbelievable fantastic site on the shore of that tiny village!

It is a classy villa with a clean swimming pool, which are souranded with a beautiful garden with thousands of flowers.
It is just 100m from the see, however very close to a tiny port, so you need to walk few hundreds meters more to choose a place at the see which suits you.
The "beach" is rocky, but with no sea urchins, so in fact the water shoes are not necessary. There are also many trees very close to the see, so you can sit under them in a shadow.
