This apartment is in the perfect location in Pula. Everything is pretty much in walking distance, with public transportation. The host was not on sight but great, professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, good size for two people. There was really no facilities in the apartment complex, but there is a laundry across the street and private parking which is a huge plus when traveling through Europe. I'd pick this space again, but probably request a different apartment if possible. I was in apartment 6, great space but there was a lot of noise outside the window. Seemed like the corner where the window was is a stopping spot for people and conversation, and it could be a little loud. I wouldn't say it bothered me, but I could see it bothering others. Also the trash cans were close to that window, and it seemed like someone was dumping something every hour and that made a lot of noise too. This was the only thing I didn't like about the stay, but it would not prevent me from staying there again. If that kind of noise does not bother you, you'll be happy with the space. I don't think you can beat it for the value.

Very spacious and clean, superb view to the harbor and the neighboring islands from the window and terrace, very friendly staff who freshly prepared every morning a surprise breakfast for us; the beach, the harbor, the restaurants and a supermarket were easily reachable in a few minutes walk, free parking lots on the property.

Very nice and friendly hosts, beautiful nature on the peninsula, nice little village in walking distance to buy groceries, a path through the woods that led to a little harbour and of course the Trampoline and swings in front of the house, that was frequently used by our kids . Very quiet neighbourhood, highly recommend this place
We had a wonderful time at Villa Adriana. The place is quiet and peaceful with a nice garden with a swimming pool and makes you feel at home. The breakfast is delicious and abundant. Thanks to the owners who with their politeness made this journey a wonderful resting moment.
The apartment is cosy and designed in local traditional style. Location is 70m from the heart of the village Premantura where are many restaurants, bars, shops and bike rental points. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, big friedge and gas stove. There is a washing machine also that was very important for us.
The villa is very clean, much space and has everything you need.
Checking in early as well as extending the stay was no problem.
I highly recommend this place and i will definetly consider booking it again.
Everything could be reached by foot, village centre, beaches and Kamenjak. Couple of restaurants nearby, stores and bakeries. Overall a great, affordable stay.
Centrally located; close enough to walk to the center of the village in just a few minutes, being even closer to the beach and still very quiet surroundings. Only a ten minute walk to the Kamenjak park or a 15 minute drive to Pula.
Our host was wonderfully helpful, friendly, and pleasant, yet discrete and respectful.

The location is perfect. Near to the village as well as near to the national park. The rooms are well equipped and there is enough room. Also there is an AC, which we didn't need. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
The host is very friendly. The villa is located in a great area, close to the city centre and beaches. The apartment was huge, with all amenities. There is also a nice pool.
It is in the center of the village but quiet. Ordering a breakfast is not possible but a bakery is in 2 min walk so every morning you can buy fresh food. We could fond good restaurants as well arond the accomodation. The owner has one as well next to the rooms that was good too.
We were walking to Kamenjak, the entrance you can reach in 5-10 minutes walk. By bike it is a perfect starting point.
