Really cool design with huge terrace with dining table and outdoor couch to lounge on. The beach is about a ten minute walk away or there is paid parking closer. Very quiet location away from the heavily touristed areas. Complete full kitchen, very well equipped. Comply bed and pillows. Excellent shower! The hosts are so friendly and charming. We got given a little gift on departure. Highly recommend!

Robin is a fantastic host - friendly, helpful and generous. I wish I had read my messages prior to arrival, as he kindly offered to pick us up from the station, but I didn't see the offer till after we had walked from the town in the pouring rain! However, he offered us a "medicinal" welcome drink, and helpfully explained how everything worked, and told us where the nearest shops were - we felt very welcomed to the Villa. We were only there for a couple of days, but enjoyed our time - the studio apartment was really well equipped (though we didn't really use the kitchen), the gardens are beautiful, and the pool was lovely. We went to the restaurant next to the shop (Bistro Top - like many other shops and restaurants in Krk is cash only) the first night - it was just what was needed - cosy and nearby! Then we took up Robin's recommendation of the Konobo Nono which was great - the restaurant makes its own olive oil and bread - superb! The food is great, but the trip back to the Villa is uphill - a good reason to have a drink on the balcony and enjoy Villa Splendissima's peace and quiet.

The apartment was very modern with everything we could need. We were walking distance from the port of Krk and its restaurants and bars.
Our host Sinisa was very helpful and organised his mother to meet us with keys etc. He was also very helpful with advice for things to see and do.

On arrival the owner Branko was there to open all doors and invite us in. All was explained where what and how. All problems encountered were easily solved by Branko. Pity that didnt apply to the people we were with !.Nothing was to much. Pool and surrounding area was always clean and tidy. Everything was in a clean serviceable condition. Any local information Branko was there to help or advise. Branko was a terrific host and cooked twice for us during our stay. All was superb and a big thank you to Branko and his team.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely spot just outside the charming old town of Krk. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk to all the sights and restaurants in the historic center.
Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the friendly and accommodating owner who made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and waking up to the beautiful view each morning was a real treat. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated.

The house was brand new,we were the first guests. The best hosts in Croatia:))the house was great,having all needed inc little hidden private patio with outdoor shower:) hosts are living in the neighbouring house, I felt like coming to visit a family,they were so lovely. The room was very comfortable with a spacious terrace, perfect for a couple. The accommodation is located on the edge of the village, in a quiet cul-de-sac, and all parts of the island can be reached quickly from here. The host is very kind and we received a lot of useful information, because of the key locker we didn't even have to meet in person. We are happy to recommend this place.
Amazing place! Very clean, had everything we needed. Three bedroom apartment was perfect for us. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! And so was the garden. Pool was clean and big enough. Many pool chairs and a comfy sitting area in the shade. Even an outdoor shower.
The area is peaceful and beautiful. Car was a must. We made nice trips on the Krk island. The beach in Pinezici was our favorite.

Amazing stay at Villa Temer! Our host was amazing, everything was very clean and we had plenty of space for 9 of us. The pool was brilliant and the views of the sea were stunning! Great value for money, we would definitely stay again.

A really nice, hopeful, talkative host! The place is for sure worth to be recomended! It is rather quiet, the room was really nice and big with the kitchenette and quite big balcony (with view) . All in really great quality :) Nice surrounding.
The village itself, has rocky beach with stuning sunset view, a big restaurant and a large beach bar where you can spend evenings😉
