The outdoor space is wonderful. The roof terrace has amazing views of Milna, the mid level terrace is spacious with seating, loungers, shade and BBQ. The pool on the lower level is a good size and is just fabulous. The location of the villa is great, you can walk down to the town or the seafront within a few minutes (a steep uphill walk back but it is a very short distance). Milna is a lovely small harbour town with a handful of shops, bakery and some nice restaurants. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. The two upstairs bedrooms are quite small but the rest of the villa is spacious. There is a designated parking space approx 1 minute walk from the villa. There is air conditioning throughout the inside spaces of the villa.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from a couple of restaurants (one of which has sun loungers) and a lovely swimming area. Milna town is a pleasant seaside walk (no cars) of about 15-20 minutes.
We stayed in a studio room - the bed is a sofa bed but it was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well.

The property was in a great location with a perfect view from the balcony of Milna Port - which was stunning during sunset.
The flat was very modern with very good amenities; all rooms had air conditioning, which helped us to escape the 30+ degree July heat.
The location was great - only a short walk away to Milna town and restaurants with some lovely little beaches nearby as well.
Robbie, the owner, was absolutely fantastic and incredibly friendly. Despite the shortness of our stay, he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable: he picked us up from the port as we caught a late ferry, gave us a few extra drinks when he noticed that we were a group of friends as opposed to a family, and he gave us a tour of the property to ensure we knew how everything worked. He was always very approachable and always offered to help!
We only wished that we could have stayed for longer!

The appartment is about a 20 minute walk from the town of Sutivan. The beach is a few minute walk and it is nice but busy. The swimming pool is lovely and there are sun loungers around it to use. The aircon is good.
Sutivan is a lovely town and has lots of places to eat. We were there for Victory Day which was nice as there were bands and things going on for celebrations.

What a great apartment, just 300 meters from the terraces, restaurants, bars and beach. And the hosts, Karin and Will, are really great, so hospitable and helpful. A very spacious villa, neat and clean. The hosts welcomed us with fruit, a barrel of red and a barrel of white wine, and several bottles of water and mineral water. They also provided us with ham, cheese and bread, so we didn't have to go to the store right away but could comfortably settle in first. We also got enough mosquito repellents, as well as everything we needed for the barbecue.
The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The villas are very tranquil and the view over the vineyard is beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was good.

We all highly recommend this villa for any type of holiday! The location is unique, house has everything you will need, it's modern, well organised and really clean. Pool is a cherry on the top! Plus the contact with the owners is trully great. To sum this up - 10/10!

Kitchen has everything needed. We didn't use it much, except for keeping drinks cold in the fridge.
