Extremely attentive and friendly staff that made sure we were comfortable from the moment we stepped foot on the island. The hotel is right on the beach and I loved watching the sunrise from my room, then having breakfast every day right by the sea. The amenities are new and clean, breakfast is varied and tasty. Thanks to Mario, Katarina and Darko (among others) we spent a wonderful vacation and cannot wait to go back.

Excellent location,not far from the ferry which serves the island,and close to the bars and restaurants,the shop,and to quiet beaches for swimming.The room was of good size;bathroom had all facilities,pleased that shower had a door which fully closed;it was a great bonus that there was a washing-machine which was not on the description on the website;adequate kitchen equipment and utensils;cleanliness excellent;bed was large and comfortable;very helpful,hospitable and attentive owners,we were able to use their iron and ironing-board;spacious patio/terrace with large table and plenty of chairs.

Apartment with a lovely sea view from the terrace. Just a short walk down to the sea or some great cliff paths to watch the sunset. Luksa was a lovely host who made our family feel very welcome. We had fresh produce from the garden and our children got to meet the tortoise! Kolocep is a beautiful island.

We were welcomed with cold drinks, a delicious homemade cake and some orange marmalade that Marija and Pasko, the owners, are also making by themselves. If the STUNNING ( i mean look at the pictures, if this doesn’t melt your heart, i don’t know what will) views weren’t enough of a reason to give this property a 10/10, Marija and Pasko made our stay exceptional by being warmhearted and friendly hosts who were always there when we needed something. Definitely coming back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Guest House Orteb. The host, a lovely lady, greeted me with refreshing lemonade upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. Throughout my stay, she continued to surprise me with delicious treats like apple strudel and muffins – such a warm and generous host!
The room was spotless, cozy, and perfect for my needs, and the bathroom was equally clean and well-maintained. The guest house is situated on a picturesque hilltop, offering stunning views of the beach and harbour of Kolocep. It was the perfect escape from the busy mainland of Dubrovnik, providing a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sea Dream. The hospitality of the owners was absolutely wonderful; we felt like we were honored guests. The apartment was cosy and the view from the terrace was really beautiful. We enjoyed every moment on the island; no cars, the nearest beach was litter-free, landscape, sunset and the local people. I wish to return to Villa Sea Dream someday.
The apartment is spacious and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Being pretty much the last house in the village, it is lovely and peaceful, and there is a little pebble beach right in front of the house. It is perfect for a restful stay.
It was vary fascinating to have the morning cup of coffee enjoing the excelent view of harbor. The sandy beach is great for chldren. In 4 days of holidays we hicked all around the island mountains, had found all secter beaches and diving places.
In the bushes right close to the villa lives a family of turtles - that was a big fun for children to play and feed them.
The host met us at the port which was so helpful. The villa was just what we needed and the location was superb with views of the harbour. Very spacious apartment with everything we needed. A superb place for a quiet, relaxed holiday.

The location of the Villa is wonderful and the view from the patio is outstanding. The host and his family were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much to Luksa, Vicki, Kiara, Maria and Ivor. We were provided with delicious cake and cold juice on our arrival and they couldn't do enough for us. We were also given beautiful fresh figs from their garden to enjoy.
It is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The local restaurant is about a five minute walk from the Villa and serves excellent food.
Can definitely recommend this holiday home. Spacious ( we took the whole house for 2 people but 4 would also have comfortable space) and a great location directly at the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony, kitchen equipped well enough to prepare simple meals and breakfast. Per our request the host was so kind to even provide a toaster! We had great time there!
I have stayed at Villa Sea Dream for three weeks in August and it was a perfect relaxation away from large crowds of tourists. Everything was perfect, the apartment has everything you might need. But the hosts went above and beyond, providing their own homemade olive oil, fresh figs from their garden almost every day, tomatoes, homemade fig jam and have even treated me with fish soup and freshly caught fish. I had a great time and felt really like a family member.
I highly recommend this place.
We really loved staying in the villa ! Firstly it’s geographic location (close to the best beach of the island, very few tourist in comparison to the other part of the island), the walk to the beach took us 2 or 3 minutes ! Just perfect distance for kids . The apartment had everything we needed, and really enough place to range the clothes , etc.
We also appreciated the family that runs the villa, very friendly and kind!
