I stayed in the upstairs apartment that did not have the pool. It was lovely. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Bed fantastic and views were wonderful. Parking was out front of flat and hostess was always in communication before and during the stay. There are quite a few stairs to get down to the main port which seems fairly normal for Hvar if that is a concern… but worth the quiet location during the busy season. The location was about 10-15 min walk to the main city center where all the action is and the walk is lovely with the water on one side and a couple of restaurants and gift stands on the way. There is a good restaurant right next door to the apartment. Host is helpful with suggestions on where to go to eat and short cuts to the town.

What makes this property exceptional?
1. The mesmerising view. We could have happily sat on the terrace our entire visit, just watching the action in Old town and boats coming in and out of harbour below. Next visit we'll allow more time to do this!
2. The host. Matko could not have been more friendly, helpful and attentive. From the chilled drinks on arrival, to his great recommendations and helping with our bags, he is an exceptional host.
3. The room. It was immaculately clean. The King sized bed was huge, and comfortable. Air conditioning and fridge both worked very well.
4. Location. It was a 3 minute walk to the harbour. There were stairs...but to be expected for the view. We were able to park our hire car 50 metres from the apartment on the public road. Even after a day trip, the same space was still free on our return.

Ivana and her parents were exceptional hosts, from the very start of our check in to the delicious coffee on the morning we checked out. They also generously allowed us to store our bags until the afternoon ferry. We booked a 2 bedroom with kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms were very quiet and cool with nice ceiling fans. It was so nice to leave the noisy, bustling town center at night and return to the quiet side of Hvar. We won’t stay anywhere else on Hvar!

Apartments Dobrila is in a perfect location at Hvar, close to the town's nicest beach but also in a walking distance to the center. Our apartment was extremely clean, and the view was wonderful. But the biggest surprise was the host, Jurko who's hospitality was the best I have ever experienced. He helped us with all sorts of things and became our best friend in this beautiful island.

The location is perfect just a 5 minute walk to the main areas. Amazing view of the sunset and entire town from our balcony. Place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Andrea was an amazing host and picked us up when we got there.

Marija who manages the villa complex was extremely helpful. She made contact prior to our arrival to ensure she would be at the villa to meet us and gave us directions and advice on how to get to the property. The few minor issues we had were dealt with immediately. The apartment was clean and well stocked. We had a ground floor apartment with access to a lovely courtyard.
This is without doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. A 5* experience on every level. Our apartment was gorgeous with stunning views. The location is unbeatable. Stephanie is just amazing and so helpful! Breakfast was incredible! Hvar is a magical place and we will forever remember our stay at Villa Porta Maestra. Cannot wait to come back!

Had a wonderful 6 nights @Fortuna In a gorgeous location right beside pebble main in small relaxing village, The staff were excellent & so friendly especially Martin & Dragun ! The hotel shuttle bus is a great service to Hvar Town.upto midnight.Very clean boutique hotel throughout & a variety of options for breakfast.& seating areas.
The hotel is located in Milna which is a quiet village. The beaches there are beautiful. Tye hotel was amazing we loved everything 🤩 the staff was so kind, nice and helpful, we got great recommendations to go explore the beaches in the area and it was so beautiful ❤️. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and the room was beautiful and very clean, with a sea view. We would definitely come back!!!

We had the most amazing stay at Holiday Home Gordana. We stayed in an efficient and spacious flat with a great balcony that had a lovely small view of the sea.
The location of the appartment was perfect, the appartment was spotless clean and well equipped. The family warmly welcomed us, it was easy to reach out to them but they kept a nice distance to there guest. We definitely recommend this appartment, we loved our stay at Holiday Home Gordana!
