We absolutely loved everything about this property!
The location was perfect - tucked away in a peaceful spot, yet still close to all the main attractions. The place itself was immaculate, with spotless rooms and modern facilities that made our stay wonderfully comfortable. The swimming pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the little bar was a great spot to unwind in the evenings.
The highlight of our stay, though, was our hosts - Maro and Nicole. They were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hospitality truly made the experience special for my friends and me.
Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I can't recommend this place enough! 10/10 😀

Villa has all basic accessories and million dollar view from the patio. Our host was great to communicate, provide assistance and info about Cavtat. This is postcard town, not so busy as Dubrovnik. Nearby beaches, restaurants require a bit of walking (10-15 min max), quite healthy too. Town is easy to navigate, many shortcuts. We loved every day in this villa. Thank you.

The Villa is perfectly positioned to holiday in Cavtat, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Villa Magnolia is well equipped for residents, washing machine and dishwasher available in the kitchen, beautiful views from several windows and comfortable leather suite in the living area with excellent air conditioning to welcome you on the hottest days.
Huge spacious apartment. Tomi was so hospitable, lovely genuine fellow. Place was clean and great facilities. Pool, sauna, gym all got used! Kids in the playground too. Super market 2 minute walk. 5 minute drive to airport which was handy for flying home. The close by Cavtat is beautiful village too. Highly recommend this property.
This holiday home is very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. There is a lot of attractive outdoor living space which is also extremely private and secure. The view is exceptional.
Great, big, clean, and complete appartement on a fantastic location! Lovely hosts, very kind and helpful. We had a super holiday and visited great places in Bosnië and Montenegro aswell. Kitchen was big and so nice we could relax from our holiday home aswell. We would come back!
