Aparcament privat al pati de l'apartament, pati compartit amb altres apartaments. Veïns amables i discrets i silenciosos. Supermercat Carrefour ben a prop. Apartament no està a ple centre, però està a 10 minuts caminant. Centre difícil de circular amb cotxe.

Apartament molt cèntric amb l'imprescindible per passar uns dies amb la familia. Cuina amplia, estris de cuina suficients.

L'apartament està en perfectes condicions. Disposa de tots els accesoris de cuina necessaris, tota la roba de llit i bany, i els llits són molt còmodes. Té una terrassa amb un sofà de palets per descansar. A més la decoració és moderna. Tot plegat, et fa sentir com a casa encara que hi siguis lluny.
La decoració del duplex és molt bonica. Pis espaiós, amb una gran cuina oberta. Llits còmodes. Aparcament gratuït al carrer. Una habitació al pis inferior, i al pis superior una habitació i un espai obert al fons q fa de tercera habitació. Bany als 2 pisos del duplex. Terrassa gran.
La situació, l'apartament molt confortable, molt ben decorat i reformat, molt cómodo, tot nou. Llit molt confortable, calefacció perfecte, aire condicionat perfecte.
La cuina té rentavaixelles i també té rentadora, nevera i tots els estris de cuina necessaris.
