While the building was a classic country style, the bedroom was modern, light, and very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had with freshly made brioche pain perdu (French toast), local Jura cheeses, baked goods, fruit, and more. The host, Olivier, is very welcoming, is a great cook, and his English is very good. Le49 is a great location to visit and experience the lovely Jura countryside.

It was a beautiful place, and decorated with taste and care. It felt cozy and luxurious at the same time. The host Nathalie, was lovely and kind. Breakfast was delicious.
