This is the most beautiful accommodation where we have ever stayed!! Photos simply don’t do it justice. The bastide is surrounded by vineyards, cherry tree orchards, and olive trees with views of mountains as far as the eye can see. And so many beautiful flowers! It is as quiet and peaceful as you can get (we loved just sitting and listening to the birds during the day and the crickets at night), yet everything needed (groceries, villages, wineries) is just a short car ride away.
We stayed in the apartment, and it was more than what we were looking for! We loved the cute decorations and the gorgeous views on both sides of the property. From the bedroom you can see one view and from the kitchen and living room another. You feel completely surrounded by rolling vineyards!
The breakfast is outstanding. Our favorite items were the homemade yogurts, handpicked cherries, and the extensive spread of homemade jams (we counted nine!)! We loved sitting outside to enjoy the breakfast each morning.
The bastide offers many of its homemade products for sale, including jams, olive oil, and wines.
Finally, we are so grateful for the entire family (two generations) who made our stay such a joy. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and offered amazing tips on what to see and do. Thank you for an amazing stay!

-The kitchen (which is open concept with the living room). We arrived to a bottle of wine from the vineyard which we enjoyed outside at sunset.
-Breakfast outside (though you can have it indoors if you prefer!). Breakfast is a buffet with options for coffee, fresh juices, croissants, pancakes, cheeses, bread, yogurt, jams, hard or soft boiled eggs, granola, meats, and fruits.
-The breathtaking view from the living room.
-The view of the back of the bastide from the road, a route enjoyed by many bikers. The apartment is on the top level on the far left.
Le Mas de Caroline is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Gargas where guests can make the most of its seasonal outdoor swimming pool and garden.

Our hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a lovely terrace where a continental breakfast was served each morning. The property has a big yard with trees and shade (and a swimming pool!). The mornings were lovely to sit outside and hear the cicadas warming up for the day.

This property was exactly what you’d expect for a French Provence B&B! It was lovely and well maintained with a few unique amenities such as a kitchen for guest food prep and laundry. The breakfasts were outstanding with a wide selection of European food choices. Our hosts were very accommodating and cordial. Plus, the location was ideal for touring other villages. Bonnieux was a pleasant, walkable village with good restaurants, a weekly market and cute shops.
This was a self-catering property and it had a good location at the foot of the main village. The rooms and the garden were great with good ventilation and lots of space for the two of us. The kitchen was well equiped.

The location is amazing, right in the centre of the village. The views from the rooms were fantastic. Our family of 5 had 2 rooms and both had balconies. Will be staying again next month!

We visited a few other historical villages nearby but found Bonnieux is the best, not too commercial, not too residential. It's a great mix of history and live-in life.
This charming and beautiful inn was well - located in the village, the rooms were perfect, the facilities offered lots of extras - pool, washer, kitchen access/refrigerator space... The breakfast room had a fabulous view and many delicious options. The staff were helpful and attentive. Thank you Sophie and Celine!
We loved staying in a 12 century house in a perched village. We should have spent more time exploring Bonnieux - it has a lot to offer, such as excellent ice cream at a shop that makes its own. We liked the spiral staircase.
We spent two nights in a charming studio at this little hotel in the hilltop village of Bonnieux. The studio was very well equipped, and the separate bedroom area had a lovely view over the plain below Bonnieux. The hotel also had a beautiful garden and swimming pool, which were very pleasant in the early summer heat. Bonnieux is not quite as well known as some of the other villages of the Luberon, and is therefore less touristy and more attractive, we think.
We had a lovely week staying in this holiday home in Bonnieux. Very clean throughout & comfortable beds. Facilities were good & even though it is a small kitchenette we were able to cook up some good meals. Lovely views from the balcony. Location is fantastic, a short walk down to the village. Good communication with Valerie prior to check in was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.
