Excellent location - within a 5 minute walk of the beach, the station and some excellent shops. Comfortable flat, which was well equipped and had good wifi. Sabine, the host, was kindness itself and welcomed us personally to the flat. Juan les Pins is a delightful place with good sandy beaches and easy access by train from the airport. The flat itself is only about 15 minutes walk from Antibes old town, which is worth a visit.
The kitchen was well stocked with good equipment and various basics like coffee, oil, seasonings and plenty of dishwasher tablets. It happens so often in rental properties that these things are not provided, or only in minuscule quantities, but here we felt really welcome. On our last day, Sabine checked with the cleaners what time they were planning to come and allowed us to stay in the flat for the morning, which was really helpful as we had an afternoon flight.

As the star rating predicted. A fabulous place to stay. Absolutely spotless and not looking tired at all. Very well maintained and looked after inside and out. It is exactly like the photos. A grand balcony with an incredible town view.
The balcony is very well equipped and clean (lovely wooden table and chairs, 2 loungers, a beanbag, small tables) and Shaded most of the day, which believe me, you want in summer. The sun comes around in the afternoon so plenty of heat and sun at that point with a fantastic sunset you can only dream of. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a clean washing machine. Everything works. An air conditioning which is easy to set to your own preferences.
The bed, which is a double bed, with a proper hotel standard mattress. We slept like babies. Honestly, it’s down to personal preferences when it comes to a bed, but it worked for us very well.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower that is super hot and does not run out of hot water. It has a very good spray for washing your hair at the end of the day.
Now the downsides.
There aren’t any downsides. Lol!!!
The owners have really created a home from home.
If you have any questions during your stay you simply text them. You have a response in seconds.
They really want to make sure you have a sublime stay.
The location of the flat is central to both Juan Les Pins and Antibe's old town. 6/700 meters to both fronts. The apartment is part of a very well-maintained complex. All public areas are super clean. The pool in the courtyard is also well-maintained and super clean.
The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet during the day and very quiet at night.
All in all, an absolute Gem.
It is all you want on a well-deserved holiday.

I loved my stay at Le Rocher. The studio was in the old town and very close to all amenities. The bed was comfortable the air con worked well and it had everything I needed. Christine met me and showed me around and kept in touch throughout my weeks stay. It was very secure and I felt safe there.

Amazing own little studio/ part of a villa in the hills above Antibes with a beautiful garden & own terrace overlooking the stunning sea. The studio is comfortable, and like the bathroom new and beautifully decorated and fitted out. On your own private terrace, you can enjoy a glass of rosé with the beautiful view and the host‘s amazing full English breakfast and great coffee! We loved our stay and would like to come back :)
This place is just spilling over with charm and history, yet still has all of the modern features essential to today's traveler. Plus, the local boulangerie was lovely and the villa's location, which includes free parking on the spot, was perfect as a launching pad from which to conduct day-tripping by car.
We stayed at Villa Vuyani for one week and had an amazing time. Ela was very communicative and helped us with any queries we had as well as providing recommendations for places to visit during our stay. The villa was perfect for our party size of 8 but would have also been perfect for 10 people. There was plenty of space to enjoy both inside and outside, it was a very beautiful and relaxing setting which was well equipped for both BBQs and cooking in the main kitchen. The pool and gardens were very beautiful.
