When we arrived we noticed that the apartment which we thought we had reserved was on the sixth floor with no elevator. The stairs were very narrow, impossible to bring up bags. The apartment as stated in website was a room not an apartment. I request that I get a refund as I did not accept the room. The host was very nice and understood that we could not climb all those stairs with luggage. We also feel that it was misleading to believe we were getting a small apartment when it was actually a room.

Being in a pedestrian street creates a bit of a complication for mobility impaired people. But we got thru it. The parking pass was a big plus!

Perfect location for Annecy. You are right in the main area for restaurants and to see the city. The Friday and Sunday am farmers' markets are right there and worth the time for getting food and some other items.
The rooms were spacious and confortable.
There was a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed us to pack less.
They even had some electrical adapters in the unit for devices that did not require a power converter.
Annecy is perfect location from which to see the region by car, just beautiful and interesting. Could spend a week at this location with car rental.
There was free parking space for our car rental. They make sure to contact in advance and meet up upon arrival.

The apartment is modern, very cozy and clean as well as equipped with everything that you can wish for. The location is perfect, just 5 min from the train station and in walking distance to restaurants, the lake and the old part of town. The balcony with view at the lake and the mountains is perfect for a breakfast in the morning sun with fresh baked goods from the boulangerie across the street.
The staff is very nice and accommodating.

Great location, comfortable beds, functional kitchen
Everything about this property was lovely. Our host was kind and responsive, answering my every message within a minute. The apartment was clean and comfortable, well-outfitted and designed, with great beds and well-functioning systems. And the location was perfect -- just outside the busy ancient village on a very quiet street with shops and restaurants. We could not have been happier.
Great location 10min walk to the lake / beach 20min walk to Annecy village . Space for family in the villa was excellent... pool was great to have & we took advantage of it ! Nice to be able to access the resort's facilities as well 👍
The breakfast was adequate, coffee was good, and I really enjoyed the pastries. The hotel’s location is inside the village which was conveniently located within walking distance to most everything. It is a 10 minutes walk from the train station. The train was late, so we arrived late. There was someone there to greet us with a smile sometime after 11:30pm.
We got a Junior suite for a family of 3 and there was plenty of room. The toilet is separate from the shower area which gave us plenty of room.
Our stay at Apart Hotel Adagio was amazing! The place is very modern with a great location. The room was spacious and perfect for the three of us. We loved that they provided free coffee, tea, and water throughout the day. The decoration was lovely, and being near the bus station and the village with all the shops was so convenient. The staff, especially Manel, were incredibly friendly and made our stay fantastic!
Perfect location. Clean, well maintained room by a canal. Good, professionel staff. They even kept our cheeses in their fridge bought from lovely village market(Tuesday, Friday,Sunday)
Location was amazing, walking distance to Annecy town centre/quick bus route. Hotel staff were helpful enough. The Villa was sizeable and suitable for our family.
centrally located, which has direct access to many attractions; but could be noisy from near by restaurants and bars as it is right in the center of village. Room is renovated with some modern décor. The staff in the restaurants are very friendly. The best part is the breakfast, which is excellent!

It is a new property (2021). Very well equipped, designed, and finished. Great hospitable staff. Away from the noise and hustle of downtown, but also a disadvantage. Depends on your preference. Not your typical French village hotel. Loved the place! Free refillable water, amazing indoor pool, and Hugo and Justine were just great.
