The appartment was nice and clean. I traveled with my adult son so it was great to have separate bedrooms. The sauna was an excellent surprise as we were just looking for a place of reasonable price to rest after our long Karhunkierros-hike.

I have stayed in Rukan Salonki cottages before and have always liked it. It is best choice for bigger groups because big cottages have 6 bedrooms each and 14 people can fit comfortably

Small but perfectly formed. Super location with absolutely stunning views from every window. Lovely and warm with electric heaters in all rooms and a fire we didn’t need to use. The toilet has underfloor heating also. The shower is lovely, the sauna amazing to have and the drying rack is perfect. Our luggage didn’t arrive but we were able to wash clothes using the washer and dryer super quick. We sledged straight from our door down to the slopes and there’s a fab bar/restaurant just 3 minutes away. The owner let us check out at 3pm due to our later flight which was really kind.

We had a room with sauna and balcony. It was a very nice, comfortable and clean room with quite good equipment especially in the kitchen.
Staff was very friendly and breakfast good.
We were there in the summer season so it was very quiet, compared to the other side of the village.
The village itself is in a breathtakingly beautiful area of Ruka, Finland! The little camping huts are cute, and are next to a really pretty pond. It feels like an untouched arctic wonderland. There is also much wildlife near by including reindeer, bears, moose, and all sorts of arctic birds.
Excellent situated in the Village with all that you need within walking distance. The shop was in the first floor.

The rooms are spacious and clean. There is no cleaning during the stay. Peaceful and quiet room (to the courtyard). My request for an earlier room and a late check out was successful, thank you, it added a lot of value to my weekend vacation. Location in the middle of the village.

This cabin is beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. It was also clean and well furnished. Close to Ruka village and a 5 min walk away from a nice lake.
Very spacious and well-equipped holiday home. Luxury bathrooms in each bedroom, even the bathrobes were for everyone. Location very good - only 200 m to the slopes. We enjoyed every moment in this house.
