The staff were so friendly and accommodating (left our luggage before and after check-in). The location is very close to the train station and also a stroll to the city center. There is a metro right out side that brings you to the Oceanografic Valencia - which was perfect. There were lots of great restaurants nearby in Russafa - pedestrian streets with outdoor dining - we chose El Camerino (great set menus).

We had a great stay at the beachfront in Valencia. The villa is located 20-30 minutes from the city centre (by uber), but makes more than up for it, with its proximity to the beach, and plenty of cozy dining places along the playa. The neighbourhood is very calm and family-friendly, making it perfect for a family or group of friends, looking for a relaxing vacation.
The house is nice and spacey, and has plenty of outdoor places, where one can enjoy the sun (or the shade). Communication with the host was quick & easy. We had a great stay!
Everything was perfect. Mercedes and Javier are both very nice and helpful. The flat is situated in a marvelous, very quiet street. It seems that if you were in a small village. But the bus and metro station is close to you as well as the markets.
The flat is beautiful, equipped with air conditioner in each room. It is easy to get in- there is a code. The beds are confortable.
Amazing villa! We were 13 people and enjoyed every moment. Every detail was thoughtfully considered – from umbrellas and beach volleyball to beach towels. The bidets in some bathrooms were a super plus. Spotlessly clean and perfect.
Arantxa’s warm welcome, complete with food, beers, and fruits, was incredibly appreciated. The water depuration plant was a huge plus – goodbye plastic bottles!
A small suggestion: adding labels on the waste cans would streamline waste management (each colour corresponds to what?).
Villa have everything what you need, feels like home, plenty activities for kids, lots of space inside and outside, beautiful view. Highly recommended. Good location
Lovely villa and pool. Enjoyed having use of kitchen facilities throughout our stay (including a spacious fridge and freezer). Lots of tables and various seating areas for everyones comfort. Nice supermarket within a short drive (5mins) or 20-30min walk.
