Everything was just as seen in pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were bigger than expected. The location was fantastic. In the middle of the city, within walking distance to the bus terminal and all major attractions and sights but not off a main road so you don't hear much traffic. . Quick responses to inquiries. Fully equipped quality spacious secure apartment. Very well maintained and very clean. Pool was a godsend in late June as temperatures went above 40 each day. Hotel next door gave great service when needed. Great airport transfer even early in the morning. Big supermarket 10 mins relatively easy walk away. We walked to great tourist attractions from here as well. A Washing machine in same floor as pool, so we washed while we swam.

The staff were incredibly thorough, attentive and responsive through the Booking.com app! The check-in process was super easy with the code we received as well as moving our bags to the luggage storage across the street so that we didn't have to lug our bags around between check-out and when we needed to leave Sevilla. The bedroom and bathroom sizes were large and there was good space to hang or set out your clothes in the bedroom/living area. The location was also amazing, right by the cathedral and lots of places to eat and souvenir shop.

convenient check-in/out system (code, with no keys, cards etc). good location, inside you can adjust temperature/light/sound from the street. very good shower. the staff answers all the questions and is very helpful - for example they send a useful link with contacts of locker room offices where we could leave our luggage as there was 6 hours between check out time and a bus.
