Wow, this apartment is super morden, spotless clean, quiet with a lovely large balcony, full of mod cons and very spacious. Lovely pool and gym, best part of the apartment was the hosts who bent over backwards to help and assist. Caroline was our host, who kindly arranged transfers to/from airport, gave us lots of information about the area, was in touch via WhatsApp for any issues (which there weren't).
Would go back in a heart beat. Cross over the road from the apartment and get the frequent buses towards the bus station of Puerto Del Cruz, you aren't on the bus for long.
If you did walk it would be about 15-20 minutes, taxi about £8 Euros or thereabouts.

This is one of the challenging reviews, since the place is at a quality I haven’t seen before!
The location is easy to reach by car in puerto del Cruz. There is a lot of free parking in addition to a private garage! The appartment is in a very nice building, which has the facilities of free big swimming pool, and a really well equipped gym.
The apartment itself is very spacious. In addition to large bedroom and spacious living room and kitchen it has a huge (!!) balcony.
I haven’t seen before such a level of meticulous and vast variety of equipment and everything necessary for living as in this place. Every possible accessories, including a great washing machine which we used a lot was there. The appartment and all the building are very clean and the whole area looks very secured.
The hostess is very helpful and brought us some stuff that was running out without hesitation.
There is an excellent Mexican restaurant at the same street as a nice bonus 😀

Great place to stay, very comfortable. The apartment was clean, and modern, and easy to cool with windows (including lockable blinds) on both sides of the property. And there is a very nice supermarket underneath the apartment complex.

The villa is very spacious and clean, lovely heated pool, nice quiet neighborhood, shops and beach within easy reach by car. The host was easily contactable and the bonus of fresh fruit and wine welcome pack was a very nice touch.

It’s a beautiful spacious villa! The pool was fantastic and heated and was cleaned 3 or 4 times a week. Lots of bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Owner was very nice letting us go in earlier and leave a bit later. This really helped us as we had a young baby.
