The house is located 15 min away from the center of Palma and is easily accessible by car (going out at night was not a hassle at all). The neighborhood is quiet and you can park right in front of the entrance.

Easy to collect the keys. The hosts then leave you to it unless you need them. No fuss and a very easy transaction. The villa including outside areas is huge! The pictures actually dont do it justice. Awesome for a big group of friends. Loads of big communal spaces inside and out. Also close to the bars, restaurants, clubs.
Our stay at Son Espanyolet was one of the best experiences ever. We were getting married in Son Berga and based ourselves at the stunning villa. The location was amazing, the villa itself is absolutely spotless. The photos don’t actually do the place justice as it’s even more amazing in person.
Villa is well equipped and we were given juice/milk/beers on arrival.
Julio is one of the nicest hosts we have ever encountered and really hope to stay here again in the future.
The villa is amazing; it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is quiet and spacious. The rooms are very clean, and all the necessary facilities are available. Communication with hosts is super easy and smooth.
Tere was adorable and very accommodating. We were received with homemade treats, typical of Mallorca. I was a wonderful welcome! She was also available for questions and requests during the entire trip.
The house itself was spacious and had all necessary amenities. We had a wonderful stay among friends and took full advantage of the pool and the terrace.
I will certainly book the villa again next time I visit Mallorca!
