The location is very good, you have many grocery shops and places to eat and drink nearby.
The parking is very useful for those coming with their own car. Your car or rental is safe in the underground parking.
There's an elevator you can use to go to your room, which is very useful, especially when you have luggage with you.

The apartment was very well kept, clean and comfortable. It has a lovely double bedroom with a comfortable bed. Linen were provided and everything met our expectation. The host was lovely, welcoming at late night to give us the key and instructions of the property and was available to any requests. Location also was a bonus, Nice & quiet very close proximity to the train station with a great connection to the city centre. We spent two nights and enjoyed our stay, will definitely recommend this place for anyone who travels to Madrid!
