The location and comfort of the apartment was excellent! The kitchen was the best appointed we have seen (even has scissors and a crab claw cracker). The kids loved the pull down twin “Murphy” beds. The linens were plush and clean, beds were very comfortable. The pool is tiny, but we knew that and it was perfect for the kids to coop off and swim a little bit. Our 8 year old could stand easily. No one else came up while we were at the pool on a sunny day. There is ample space to sun or read a book on the patio area, but, 1 or 2 in the pool is the max. The tailings outside the window in the living room were perfect for hanging laundry to dry while we were sightseeing. There are tons of great restaurants all around the area, for quick take-out the pizza Araldo Arte del Gusto right across the street was great.

The property is very clean, located centrally and you can access all major attractions on foot from here. checkin process was smooth. The codes were delivered before we reached the apartment hence we didn’t have to wait for check in. The kitchen is well maintained and well equipped. We cooked dinner for 2 nights. There are a lot of supermarkets and small shops right below the apartment hence its very easy to get the groceries if you need. The rooms were very quiet although the street below was busy until after mid night. No sound leaked from outside. Beds are very comfortable and linens were clean. There is a balcony with doors to let in some fresh air and light if you need to. The curtain blinds seems to be not so heavy but it didn’t bother us because sunrise happened around 8am and we were up way before that.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. The apartment was spotless and impeccably furnished. We needed assistance getting into the apartment with the virtual key and the 24/7 customer service helped us immediately. Would definitely stay again. There was some noise in the square, but as previously mentioned to be expected.

The apartment is located very close to the metro station in a very clean and nice building. It is also very clean inside and well furnished. The bed and the pillows are among the most comfortable I've ever seen! :) The place is quiet. There are several supermarkets nearby. The host is extremely polite, willing to help and make you feel comfortable. We would definitely recommend the apartment and use it again if we come back to Madrid!
