Its in the middle of the Triana district with lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area. The main bus station for the island is 5 minutes walk away and the historic and museam area of Vagueta 10 minutes walk away. The apartments is a beautiful conversion from an older building with large rooms and a well equipped kitchen area. The support was excellent with an office a few minutes walk away - I had a problem with the shower which was fixed in a few hours.

Amazing location right by the beach and walkable to everywhere in the city. The little apartment has everything you need for a short stay, it was very clean and comfy with minamilst modern decoration. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfy. Check in and check out was super easy and the manager was very accomodating providing us with a cot.

Great location, very close to the beach and all comercial areas. The flat was very clean and comfortable. All kitchen accessories and appliances including fridge, stove and microwave. Really charming little villa, with stunning views. We loved the place. Everything was neat and clean, equipped with all we needed, and we couldn't be happier with with our stay there. Friendly owner who kept in touch with us through the entire stay. I can recommend to those who want to explore and experience little bit more of countryside and mountains :)
Excellent communication with the host. The host made our stay very special. Each detail was thoughtful and made our stay even better. This holiday home, indeed, was a place for the perfect family getaway.
The villa is located in a out of town location but only 30 minutes to the capital or airport. When we arrived the villa was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We had a number of great afternoons around the pool or on the roof terrace enjoying the fantastic views. If you are thinking of booking this villa you should be aware that you will need to rent a car and access to one bedroom is via the other. For us this was perfect and we have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others
A great place surrounded by lush banana trees, it's perfect to stay a few days with family or friends. This area of Gran Canaria is wonderful and peaceful, far from crowded tourist places, it has gorgeous secluded beaches and an incredible scenery. David is an excellent host, and his advice on what to visit in the area was very helpful. The place was very clean and very nicely decorated. The climatized pool, the solarium and the BBQ area was a bonus. I'll certainly stay in Villa David again.
The concept of the accommodation (hybrid between hotel and holiday home) is excellent implemented. The size of the apartment was amazing. The equipment was very good. There is also a self-use laundry with washing machine and dryer. Even detergent was provide for free.

Cozy newly renovated studio close to the beach. It has everything someone needs for a holiday home. Appartment was clean with a spacious bed. It had some small details which we really liked: coffee, beach towels, games, hygiene products. I recommend this property, we really felt good in this appartment!
