Location - incredibly quiet, close enough to everything (5 mins to supermarket, 10 to spar which was much better, 15 to beach all along the wide pedestrian bouvelard) friendly quiet respectful neighbours. We hired bikes and only one flight of wide steps up to apartment. Puerto Morgan is wonderful - relaxed, pretty and quiet.
Facilities - clean and quiet pool, lovely veranda facing the mountains not into someone else’s balcony (unless you have very good eyes), clean and modern apartment, well equipped. I normally take various extras when self catering but didn’t need anything and travelled light instead.
Communication- met Isabella on arrival and leaving, and Marta is always quick to reply. Big hugs :-)

The host met us outside the property and carried our bags into the apartment. He was very generous in having some food and supplies to take care of our overnight needs and breakfast the following morning. He has good English which was a help with my small amount of Spanish.

The location, in an old village, is gorgeous and very charming. The buffet was great as well, varied and well cooked. The balcony with a view to the beach and the sea was also very pleasant, as were the complementary water, tea and coffee.
The proximity to the village and all its restaurants, the two swimming pools were lovely and the pool bars excellent for lunch. Room and bathroom both was spacious with balcony overlooking the pool.
The place help to have best part of holiday in Puerto de Mogan. Terrase with best view. Beach just in couple minutes and you live in old part of this ex-fisherman village. Next time we want to come here again.
After climbing the 65 steps, the sight over the village and the sea was marvellous and the house was clean and nice. Marco was very kind and helped us with the suitcases both up and down the steps.
We liked the style of the hotel and gardens as a Canarian village, felt unique and well decorated

Great swimming pools and jacuzzi, and the spa was very luxury with great facilities especially the floating pool!

- The balcony was a plus point, a good spot to view the canal and the rock mountain opposite, when lucky, some cats too
- The kitchen was fairly well equip to use
- This place is spot cleaned, no complaint whatsoever!
