The apartment is beautiful, very tasteful. quiet, spacious and comfortable. The mattress and pillows are memory foam, lots of space in the wardrobe and in the bathroom, good shower. We didn't do much cooking but there was enough in the kitchen had we wanted to. Lovely Laura got us a toaster when we asked for one. She was very friendly and helpful and was often around. Easy walking distance to everywhere. I mentioned it was my birthday and we got home to find a bottle of wine and some cake and candles, which was a nice touch. Radiators kept us warm in the cool evenings.

Perfect place to disconnect and live right at the ocean. Sleeping to the sound of waves and waking up to them, and the view from the large terrace was the highlight. The location is so private, and in such a local part of Tenerife that you can explore this part of the island without the tourists and commercialisation that you see in other parts of the island. The house is so well equipped and decorated so tastefully that you want to spend time there. Host is wonderful and super responsive. One of my most favourite stays in the entire two months of being on the Canary island and twice in Tenerife. Wifi is available but only in a couple of places in the house, which adds to the feeling of total disconnect from usual routine of life. Highly recommended for a long stay.

Really nice and clean accommodation in beautiful location with many villas nearby close to center of La Laguna and Airport. Kingsize bed. Really good breakfast even with fresh orange juice. A pool and nice garden included. They wait for us till 3 AM! Recommended!
Donde Conchita is a beautiful villa in a quite road. Margarita gave us a great welcome and we enjoyed the garden and living room with a private athmosphere. A great place if you are in flight transit or traveling around tenerife.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Maria! The breakfast is top quality, the staff is very nice and our room was very spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom. The Villa’s garden is beautiful and full of local plants. The location was also perfect, right beside a very large pedestrian street full of palm trees that takes you right to the center of laguna in just 20 minutes. We highly recommend it!!!

We had a great stay in la Laguna. The house is beautiful with a gorgeous garden. I was surprise with the village itself, it is a great place to have as a base while exploring the island.
Communication was very good in general with the host.
The sound of the sea, the direct access to the beach, the convenient location, the size, the fact that it had a toaster and kettle along with the normal microwave, hob and oven. Nice terrace with a view of Mt Tiede over the village. Nice harbor and a great natural pool at Joler 5 mins up the coast. There is wimming at the harbour just across the beach as well.
The apartament and amenities were all new and nice. All was very clean. The communication with the owner was great. The surrounding village and the views are amazing. If you are looking for a calm place with lots of wild nature, this is ideal place.
