Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Big shout out to them. I was staying for two weeks and she (Maria?) Helped me get a room that suited me. Terrace had a decent view and plenty of sun. Location is just on the outskirts of the town but its a small village. 3 min walk to center and the bus station/main roads just out front. Pool was nice and well maintained. Flat had amazing water pressure and hot water. Free parking and discount at local scooter shop.

- Room was big, well equipped and very clean
- Free beach umbrellas available to borrow for free - very handy when you plan to spend more time at the beach
- Villa is very well located, within walking distance to the city and beach

The apartment was well equipped, with direct access to the pool area, a beautiful villa with a supermarket around the corner and situated halfway between Es Pujols and San Ferran, 5 mins to each by bike. Like others, I will make special mention of the host, who was very friendly and kind, good communication and tips for the island. I had a wonderful and relaxing solo stay.

An amazing location only a few minutes walk to the Es Pujols centre. We got a villa with a stunning view on the sea. Our room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Food was very tasty and included various options - catered hot and cold meals and delicious desserts.
I highly recommend this hotel!
Being located on the headland, one gas access to bays and beaches immediately next to it. Roca Bella is a set apart a bit from the main town (village), which means it is quieter, a fact I liked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
