We really enjoyed our stay at this place! It was conveniently located close to the airport, which was important for our early morning departure. The room was spotless and inviting. We appreciated the option to get a soda water from the self-serve bar, and later on, we purchased an alcoholic beverage. The hot weather made the pool extremely inviting, and it was refreshing to take a dip in the clean pool. The place had a nice sense of community while also providing plenty of privacy and space. They served a really amazing spread for breakfast. It was impressive and we were lucky enough to taste Monica’s delicious homemade bread! Everything was beautiful and clean. It was nice to eat a good breakfast and not have to search for one. The hosts, Monica and Fred, were so nice, and we really are glad we got to spend some time with them. They are the perfect host for a perfect stay.

Me and my friend stayed four nights at the property and had a really lovely stay. The owners are great, the setting of the villa and the pool is stunning set within a mature garden with lemon tree groves beyond. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back.

a lovely villa with all the amenities and very peaceful. pool is fabulous and there is so much space around the villa with lots of tables and chairs. the booking pictures don’t really do it justice as it is so nice. very rural but a real chill out villa.
A must-try if one stays in Elche. Villas in mid of a garden with palm trees and it has such a great pool area, comfortable and spacious villas and one must enjoy the great buffet breakfast in the pool area. A hotel one will not forget quickly.
The two villas were incredible and the grounds and private tennis courts were great. Just an amazing place and the quality of the inside was brilliant.
The house with the pool and football field was perfect. The house and property was very big, nice and private.
Can highly recommend Villa Santa Maria and it´s host.
