Great location in old town centre. Lovely staff on reception. Gorgeous welcoming lobby. Greeted with welcome drink. Serviced apartments are beautiful & very well appointed. Kitchen, washing machine etc. Ours fir a family was on three levels - felt roomy and comfortable with teen daughter happily on a super comfy double sofa bed.

Lovely house with a nice garden, full equipment, we got everything we needed. Location is excellent, in a quiet area. We reached the centre by bikes in 10. min. Beaches are in 5 min, super market just in 20 sec. All together, I would absolutely recommend.

This is the perfect Villa for a group or family holiday. The location is excellent as you have easy access to the beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop and the airport. The transfer only took around 10 to 15 minutes which was perfect with children.
A local stopped us to let us know about another beach area so if you turn left as you exit the villa there is a lovely, quieter beach with a cafe, toilets and a water sport hire company about 100m up the road.
We had a small issue on arrival which was sorted very quickly and efficiently by the owners which we really appreciated.
The pool is the highlight of the Villa and the adults and children all loved it. The air conditioning works brilliantly and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the villa so much we mainly ate there and ended up spending more time relaxing there than we originally planned.
We were travelling with three other families and already we are trying to work out when we could return again! It was the best holiday!

The location has a village feel, right at the beach. It is a mixture of locals who live in the area and small boutique hotels. Very safe area, lovely restaurants. My friend liked the hotel and area so much, she wants to return with her husband for a holiday.
Very comfortable and large room, they accommodated our third kid very nicely :)
Early departure was not an issue as there is always someone at the reception ready to call a taxi for you. Perfectly convenient hotel for getting to the airport, but also nice village on the seaside with many nice restaurants around.
Was great having off road parking, There were 8 of us staying and didn't feel too crowded. small outside area off master bedroom was ideal for the smoker in the group, I never noticed him smoking. Super market was approximately 100 yds away - we got our daily bread there. We did find a larger supermarket maybe 2 miles away and did our main shop there. Villa was about 10 minutes walk to the beach.
Stayed here many times, usually pre and post a villa booking in Polenca area. Always clean, with comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and a good size pool. Very easy to get to from Airport. Usually less that Euros 20 in a taxi. Then pick up hire car for the rest of the holiday the next day.
This place have very good connection to another parts of village, also just few minutes walk from bus stop, shops, restaurants. For one night sty it is perfect location. Everything was very clean. Great....
