The location was excellent. Close to Guggenheim Museum and lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries close by.
Although never met any staff in person, they were easy to contact via Whatsapp. And they were very efficient and responsive

Loved the hotel and the remarkable reno job. Great location on the edge of old town and right on the river walk.
Check in went well despite some disagreement among staff about the ability to park short term in the pedestrian area. It is a little tricky finding the 'opening' to the street. Parking lot is indeed in sight of the hotel but not what you imagine by that statement.
The flat is really well situated, very close to the harbour and the centre of the village. We went primarily to visit the Balenciaga museum. The host was really helpful, very welcoming.
City centre is almost 1-2 Kms away. Going to the city centre by walking is easy and pleasant. You can walk to almost anywhere within 45 minutes. Coming back to hostel however by walk is a little tough as it is an uphill way. But there is metro and bus station close by.
The Church nearby is also beautiful.
All in all, a good comfy place for short term stay.

Great central location. All interesting parts of the city were within a few walking minutes. The hotel / Villa shows beautiful decor of an long gone era. The breakfast was exceptional and got us off to a great start to explore Bilbao.
The hosts are on their own level of excellency. Wry helpful and extremely well prepared. I t was like staying at someones stylish holiday home. Can absolutely recommend. And will definitely book this if I would return to Bilbao.

The people working here were always helpful and nice. We even had a little gift because its was my husband's birthday even though we arrive at almost midnight. So it's started well and they kept it that way until our departure. I definitely recommand that hotel. Hope to try your second one in Sevilla.
