The apartment is nicely located in a relatively quiet area, though still close to the beach and bars. A big grocery store is just a minute away. The view is exceptional. The apartment is spacious and has everything one needs to live comfortably for a long or a short period. Closed parking availability is a huge plus. Villa grounds were lovely, the pool was great. Lots of outdoor seating. Outside shower, direct access to a toilet which saved running upstairs and into the main villa. Indoor bar area on the ground floor with a large drinks fridge. Great location, walkable to the beach but also a bus service 2 mins walk from the villa. BBQ area was great, with its own fridge for food/drinks and a small sink.
First impressions from foyer and friendly reception to bright comfortable room were brilliant. Loved the layout. Low floor 2 restaurant floor 5 and pool floor 6. Enjoyed pool bar.x we have holiday home in La Mata and hopefully will return soon for a short break to Agir Springs. I will certainly recommend to my friends. X
