The host graciously waited for us because our arrival was delayed. He was very helpful and provided useful information, and went the extra mile. The location was very convenient for us, and having a mall and many stores nearby was very helpful. When we arrived, Madrid was going through a heat wave, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver.
