The location is just a few minutes away from Las Americas bus station and 15mn from the airport. The area is very quiet so you sleep well. The flat is comfortable, spacious, super clean and has everything you need. The host is very responsive, welcoming and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

The manager (Daria) of the apartment complex is very pleasant, helpful and communicative. After a few sleepless nights I was unsatisfied with the noise experienced in apartment 304. The loud music being played by people in a neighbouring property was a matter completely outside the control of the management but I was offered an apartment in another part of the building. Problem solved!

The location is great, Mr. Pedro is realy nice, but the price on booking app was not the one that we paid, it has hidden costs, that booking does not say. But the apartment was very dirty, it seams as bathrooms are not cleaned for months and in the kitchen everything was sticky.
