Apartment looking almost new, very clean, separate room with parents bed, modern style combining wood, stylish bathroom with stylish shower and 2 washbasins. Kitchen equipped with everything needed, toaster, cooker, microwave, even dishwasher. Owners are very helpful, we had a little tour when taking over the apartment. Its a horse farm, so you get up with chickens so to say so its for animal lovers. Very comfortable bed in bedroom with 1 big mattress very soft. Located at top pf hill, good distance to close towns 5km to get some groceries etc. Very good distance to Chiemsee and 2 different possible directions to get to Munich in 1 hour by car.

Room was simple but clean and comfortable and would have had a nice view -but the weather was awful! Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice. We were seated at a window table for dinner (which was very good) - but sadly, we couldn;t see any views because of the bad weather!

The staff was extremely friendly. The location is on a hilly place, whilst that is nice, is also not easily accessible.
Very easy self check-in and access if you arrive late.
The owner speaks also French, which is not so common!
