It’s really nice kind of apartment hotel. Everything is well organized and introduction is clearly for check in and out. Especially, we like the capsule coffee most!! Host gave us enough capsules for the staying days. And it’s close to the city center, it’s easy to finde parking place outside of the street. Maximum 11Euro/day during working day. We absolutely loved this hotel and recommend it to anyone traveling to Germany, especially the Munich area. It was easy to get to from a train station. We loved the hospitality, location, and especially the friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk made a recommendation for dinner and we loved the authentic German food there. He was willing to go out of his way to give us directions to get there. He put us up in a huge suite which included a living room, separate bedroom and large bathroom, along with vaulted ceilings. We will definitely be back.

The room exceeded my expectation! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It is located in a residential area, a little far from the centre but that makes it a perfect area to have a quiet pleasant stay. You can travel around conveniently as the place is close to a tram station(tram no.19), which can take you directly to the central station or other big train station if you needed to. The host is super helpful, he tried his best to help us book a tour we wanted as well but we couldn't find any availability. That's ok though, we enjoyed the place a lot!

Room was very clean and had a balcony, small kitchen with fridge and microwave (due to our short stay, we did not use it but would be useful for others staying longer). Towels, Shower gel and shampoo were abundant. Places where we needed to visit were easily reachable by car. Parking was provided with extra 5€ (bigger vehicles must carefully park).

The neighborhood was great, very clean and quiet, plenty of stores and parks. The apartment itself was very clean, quite spacious, all the necessary amenities, big bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, very comfortable bed and pillows, big windows and lovely view. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and the host was very nice and checked us in right then. Highly recommend it if you plan to visit Munich. I will definitely return in the future.
