One couldn't do better than a stay with this lovely family. Breakfast was outstanding and the accommodations perfect for our family. Adults enjoyed the spectacular scenery with a variety of beverages from the self-serve kitchen while the children were enchanted with the animals, outstanding playground, and variety of toys. Even our new puppy was pleased. Gemütlichkeit!

The Residenz is great, located in a small quiet village. The Eagle's Nest is reachable from here only by foot. The room had everything needed, nice and clean bathroom, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The Check-in is only until 6pm, but there is a possibility to pick up the keys from the key safe in case of later arrival which was a very nice surprise. Its not the cheapest accommodation especially counting in the tax for the stay, but we enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back in case we would be in this region.
The views and scenery surrounding the hotel are beautiful! The rooms are large, super clean, and have a nice balcony overlooking the village. The breakfast was fabulous!!
Location great- I mean views and nature around you. Room is big, lot of space in Bathroom. Staff is friendly, hospitable and professional. In the village is really good energy. They sell really good beer.

Hotel Alpina Ros Demming, nestled in the mountains and a short walk to the main village area, beautifully mixes old-world charm with modern amenitites . If I am ever back in the area, this will be my go-to hotel!

It was wonderful stay, we were happy and lucky that have a big balcony with a good view over river, mountains and village. The breakfast was also wonderful with almost everything we want.
