Beautiful view, big room. Nice stuff, especially you are lucky if your native language is russian or Ukrainian, there are Russian and Ukrainian stuff, but they also speak German and English.
The food is good and there are always snacks in the common area and swimming pool. You can always make yourself some coffee or tea and warm up some food if you have your own (there is a magnetron).
The swimming pool is fun especially for kids, they have some inflatable balls ring and armbands. The sauna was fantastic.
Located not too far from the busstation (15 min walking) and a town (7 min driving) with different restaurants and also grocery stores. Ski lifts is not far is you come with a car or bus.

Location. Close to downtown and to Kögnisee. We walked to restaurants and shops in the quaint downtown area. It is very comfortable and had many amenities in the kitchen, coffee and teas, etc. It is very spacious and quiet at night. parking is across the street. Bring your toiletries. Plenty of hot water. The host was very helpful and had some goodies for us.

The host was very service minded and made the booking and checkin very simple. All answers on whatsapp were very swift.
The apartment was spatious and clean with a balcony to the back facing a medow. Very quiet location above the village and perfect for visiting Eagles nest and a 30 min drive to Salzburg. 2 super markets in the nearby village along with a nice little shopping street.
Wonderful location. Host was very kind. Apartment had what we needed. Easy access to Salzburg. Fantastic access to Eagles Nest, Königsee and sommerrodelbahn Keltenblitz. Also easy to walk into the village center for restaurants and grabbing groceries.
The Residenz is great, located in a small quiet village. The Eagle's Nest is reachable from here only by foot. The room had everything needed, nice and clean bathroom, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The Check-in is only until 6pm, but there is a possibility to pick up the keys from the key safe in case of later arrival which was a very nice surprise. Its not the cheapest accommodation especially counting in the tax for the stay, but we enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back in case we would be in this region.
The views and scenery surrounding the hotel are beautiful! The rooms are large, super clean, and have a nice balcony overlooking the village. The breakfast was fabulous!!
Location great- I mean views and nature around you. Room is big, lot of space in Bathroom. Staff is friendly, hospitable and professional. In the village is really good energy. They sell really good beer.
