We were looking for somewhere quiet to get away and relax, and that's what we got. The accommodation was perfect. We had two apartments to accommodate our group. Each apartment is styled with its own unique charm.
The hosts are very friendly and welcomed us in with homemade treats.

Wonderful and spacious apartment in the first floor of the house. It has a lovely terrace in the yard outside. The place is very nicely decorated, spotless and it gives the feeling of home. The kitchen has everything one needs. The beds are very comfortable. There are many things to do and see in the lovely farytale city of Bautzen which is at a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.
This hotel is set in a historic building built in 1334 opposite the Schloss Ortenburg Castle and Supreme Administrative Court in Bautzen.

I can fully recommend this hotel, as the location is simply great (we were just worrying about parking options in the historic centre, but the receptionist kindly gave us variety of advices and so no problem at all) and the apartment was very nice. Absolutely calm and clean, with a beautiful terrace and romantic atmosphere. The refreshment-fruit, liquor and bonbons for good night made our hearts melting. And I can also recommend extra payment for breakfast, delicious meals, wide variety of food, it's fully worth 12€. And also tl highlight a nice approach of the owners. It's a very nice place, room was comfortable, hosts were very friendly. Beer offered on premise at a very reasonable cost. Very good relation of price to quality. There is a very good bike trail to Bautzen/Budisyn (which I highly recommend to visit, as it's a wonderful town).
Overall, I recommend this place.

The internet was very fast. The breakfast was plentiful. The Villa itself is very attractive and pleasant. The location is ideal. The staff was friendly.
Very good location for exploring the historical center. The villa is located in a residential area and looks very nice. We had a room in the attic which was very quiet, large, and comfortable, with lots of character. The temperature outside had dropped, but the heating worked well and there was an extra blanket stored in the room, so there was no need to ask for that.
