The chalet is a perfect location for a getaway. The chalet is well appointed has everything necessary for a perfect stay. Valerie is a wonderful host and stocked the home with a delicious breakfast and brought us fresh bread and croissants in the morning. There are thoughtful touches throughout the chalet. The property was fabulously located, both in Villars and with the magnificent view. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. It is a lovely apartment. The booking was easy, friendly and efficient. We were well looked after with very willing and friendly service, despite arriving in the evening and having to leave very early in the morning. Thank you!
Hotel has an excellent location for those who want to go skiing from Bretaye as it's just across the train station and in the center of the village. Rooms are fully renovated, very large and staff is extremely friendly!
I loved the fact that I was upgraded to the "Royal Suite". It was cute, cosy and comfortable.
The women I had contact with at the recepetion were helpful and extremely pleasant.
I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely return there on another visit to Villars.
The room was nice and very clean. The breakfast was good. The cocktails at the bar are amazing. The hotel is on hill top (kind of behind the palace hotel) but very close to the center. The sauna and hammam are nice. The Italian restaurant is delicious, probably the best food we had in Villars.
Location was good. A short walk up the hill to the village and the bus stop. Apartment was clean and nice touches such as slippers for each guest. The bathroom was lovely.
